Application and features
　　Radial Drilling Machine Model H5-50Y is a Universal Machine for drilling, counterboring, reaming, spotfacing, tapping etc, in small or middle-size components. The machine can also be used for boring if equipped with suitable tool. It is intended for batch or single piede production in machine manufacturing industries.
The machine is featured by the followings:
　　1.The spindle speed and feed change are effected by their separate mechanical levers, and therefore easily and accurately
　　　controlled.
　　2. The cutting depth is controlled by the drill depth stop. Thus the drill can automatically stop.
　　3.The spindle head and the arm as well as column are reliably clamped by means of clamping mechanism, which makes easy
　　　maintenance possible.
　　4. The spindle head movement and the arm rotation are light and quick.
　　5.Only when the hand clamped lever concerned is relieved, can the arm be raised and lowered by a couple of gears, for they are
　　　electrically interlocked.
　　6. The spindle is clockwise or counterclockwise rotated by reversing the friction clutch, and braked by a grip ring. Therefore it      

            can be easily and accurately operated.
　　7.The guideways of the arm, the outer and inner columns are wear-resistant for long service life.
　　8.The arm elevating unit is provided with the mechanical and electrical safety devices, dust seals on outer column surface, and
　　　grounded electric power, which guarantee safety in machine operation
