Features

The machine is used for honing cylinder bores in various kinds of engine blocks. Cylinder line bores hydraulic cylinder bores and other precision bores in automobile tractor industries and other machinery repair and small batch production shops. The machine has ample power and cutting force, simple construction and convenient operation. The honing tool up and down movement is hydraulically controlled. The expansion and contraction of the honing tool can be manipulated directly by the feed handwheel during cutting. The honing accuracy is high. Ovality 0.0025mm can be gained, equal diameter degree 0.008mm and surface finish Ra0.4 (▽9) can be achieved.
