Features

MJ4220A vertical honing machine is particularly suitable for honing automobile engine cylinders, tractors cylinder sleeves. The machine is of radial construction. The honing head is mounted on a honing box which is connected with rear box by two horizontal columns. The rear box moves around a vertical column, so the honing spindle can be moved to any position within a limited range, All these make it possible to centre the working hole without moving the workpiece. The rotating and reciprocating movements of the spindle are operated hydraulically and satisfactory speeds can be easily obtained.
